She made representation dated 7th April, 2025 to respondent nos.2 and 3 (the Collector and Sub Divisional Officer). She seeks direction upon the Collector to consider the representation and take action. 2. Mr.Devesh Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, it is a private dispute. 3. On query from Court, Mr.Bhakta submits, there is no order from the civil Court. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order and copy of her representation dated 7th April, 2025 to respondent no.2. Said respondent is directed to consider the representation upon, if necessary, noticing private respondents. We are confident, the Collector will be able to deal with the situation. 4.
