GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.22549 of 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd respondent-District Collector in not deleting the petitioner’s lands in Survey Nos.70-1 (Ac.0.95 cents), 72-4 (Ac.2.16 cents) and 73-2 (Ac.1.70 cents) of Nadimpalli Village, Somandepalli Mandal from the prohibitory properties list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. Based on the application filed by the petitioner, the Sub-Collector, Penukonda has conducted an enquiry and submitted a report on 19.09.2022. Despite receipt of the same, the District Collector has not considered the same and not passed any orders. Hence, the present writ petition. 4. Considering the submissions and on perusal of the report submitted by the Sub-Collector on 19.09.2022, the Writ Petition is 4 disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner along with the report submitted by the Sub-Collector on 19.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders based on the record within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
