The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chalkusa P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 137(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Rupa Bandana Kiro, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 10.12.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped three minor girls and was taking them to a nearby forest. In the meantime, the girls managed to escape from his clutches. The petitioner was threatening the girls of dire consequences, if they raised any alarm. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
