1. Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner prays for quashing of the Order-in-Original dated 30.01.2025.

Learned Counsel representing the Petitioner contends that though the Petitioner has a statutory remedy of appeal against the order dated 30.01.2025, the present Writ Petition deserves to be entertained as the Petitioner was not granted an opportunity of hearing.
3. A perusal of the Order-in-Original shows that the said consolidated
order has been passed against more than 150 parties.
4. The Petitioner can also be afforded an opportunity of hearing by the Appellate Authority.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the Petitioner, if so advised, may avail the statutory remedy of appeal against the order dated 30.01.2025. This is a digitally signed order. 6. Needless to observe that, if the Petitioner files an application under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 seeking exclusion of the period during which the present Writ Petition remained pending before this Court, the same shall be considered by the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.
7. With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition, along with all pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
