The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as a Field Assistant and was charged of committing of misappropriation of funds. 03. The learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that a detailed enquiry was conducted and that the petitioner filed an appeal before the appellate authority and that the appellate authority also upheld the order of termination. It is also submitted that the petitioner was engaged for a limited period of time on contract basis. 04. Considering the same, no further orders are required in the present case. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
