GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING RC,J W.P.No.19632 of 202 3 ORDER The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in withholding the payment of the Road part & CD Part Bill for a net amount of Rs.1,93,39,673/- payable to thepetitoner in relation to the work of Upgradation of road from Boyakonda Junction to temple Arch in Chowdepalli Mandal of Punganuru Constituency of Chittoor District. 2. In para 3(D) of the counter filed by the Superintending Engineer, PR Circle, Chittoor, it was stated that the valuation of the work executed by the petitioner is Rs.1,93,39,674/-. 3. Ms. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader prayed to grant six (06) months time to the authorities to pay the admitted amount to the petitioner. 4. Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for receiving the amount stated in the counter and for granting time as sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned to pay to the petitioner the admitted amount of Rs.1,93,39,674/- within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of RC,J W.P.No.19632 of 202 4 copy of the amount. The petitioner is at liberty to agitate his claim regarding interest before a competent civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
