ORDER 02.01.2025 The petitioners have challenged order dated 09.12.2024, passed by the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Baramulla, whereby their bail bonds have been forfeited and warrants of arrest have been issued against them. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners had approached the learned Trial Court for grant of bail and for obtaining certified true copy of the order dated 09.12.2024, but no action was taken by the said Court. Having regard to the nature of the controversy involved in this case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the learned Trial Court afresh with an application for grant of fresh bail. If and when the said application is filed by the petitioners before the learned Trial Court upon their surrender before the said Court, the same shall be considered by the learned Trial Court most expeditiously having regard to the previous conduct of the petitioners.
