:: ORDER ::
The petitioner filed the present writ petition to direct the respondent No.4 not to mutate the name of respondent No.5 in respect of land of an extent of Ac.0.25 cents in Sy.No.275-13 and Ac.1.73 cents in Sy.No.275-16A of Kistupuram Revenue Village, Kotabommali Mandal, Srikakulam District, without considering his objections. 2. Notice of respondent No.5 is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed against or affecting the right and interest of respondent No.5. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.5 filed W.P.No.9669 of 2025, complaining of the action of revenue officials in not
updating his name in the Record of Rights. The said writ petition was disposed of on 23.04.2025. Thereafter, respondent No.4-Tahsildar issued notice to the petitioner as well as respondent No.5. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition, and the Writ Petition stands closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
