This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the following relief:

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made an application through the PGRS portal and also submitted a representation dated 24.11.2025 to the respondent authorities seeking mutation of revenue records in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.0.40 cents in Sy.No.177/5, Ac.0.09 cents in Sy.No.192/6, Ac.0.33 cents in Sy.No.192/5 and Ac.0.10 cents

in Sy.No.193/6 of Sri Kalahasti Revenue Village, Tirupati District. It is contended that, despite receipt of the said representation, the respondent authorities have neither considered the request nor issued any proceedings till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation in Form-6A, the respondent authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit an application in Form No-6A seeking for mutation of their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation/application in Form-6A, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and, after issuing notice to the petitioner, other legal heirs if any, and all other stakeholders, including those claiming rights by way of tenancy, encroachment, or occupation, shall conduct a detailed enquiry. Thereafter, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
