The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that due to the existence of a public toilet in the area in which the petitioner and other persons reside, there is nuisance in the colony and threat of infection diseases and epidemic in the area. The petitioner has made representations to the Nagar Palika Parisahd to remove and shift the aforesaid public toilet from the present area. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the writ petition pending. The petitioner may file a fresh detailed representation before the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Bulandshahr who on receiving the same shall produce it before the Municipal Council which shall take a decision on the plea of the petitioner within two months from the date the said representation is filed before the Executive Officer. All consequential actions in pursuance to the decision of the Municipal Council shall also be taken within the next two months. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
