(Oral) By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- “i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or direction, directing the respondents to consider the candidature of petitioners for the post of Assistant Teacher, Government Primary School against the advertisement dated 11.06.2024 (annexure no.12), as per the directions and observations made by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in order dated 10.12.2024 passed in Review Petition (C) Diary No.50857/2024, as the number of posts, so advertised vide aforesaid advertisement, are still laying vacant in the department. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to conduct the counseling of the petitioners for the post of Assistant Teacher, Government Primary Schools, against the available vacancies. 2 iii. Issue any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. iv. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioner.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 29.04.2025, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.91 of 2025 (S/S), Lalit Mohan Arya Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others; and connected cases. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents admits this fact. 5. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 29.04.2025, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.91 of 2025 (S/S), Lalit Mohan Arya Vs.
