The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 02/2025 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 501/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella. 3. On 17.04.2024, at about 10:00 p.m., the co-accused Mustafa Ansari @ Mustaf Ansari is alleged to have fired upon the informant causing injury on his arm. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is no specific allegation of firing on the petitioner. It was further submitted that the co-accused persons namely Mustafa Ansari @ Mustaf Ansari and Karim Hussain have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella in connection with S.T.
