This Court made the following ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, by the Petitioners, for the following relief:
“to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct a proper survey in Sy.
Nos.340 and 339 of S.V.Puram village, Vadamalapeta Mandal and fix the actual boundaries on ground and to rectify the discrepancies in the revenue records including web land and FM adangal entries and survey reports of Mandal surveyor and DI survey and pass such other order…”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners contends that there are certain errors in the revenue records including web land and FM Adangals. The petitioners made an application on 29.06.2025 for correction of the same by conducting survey and fixing boundaries. Despite receipt of the said application, the respondent authorities have not corrected the errors in the revenue records. 4. Reply to the said contentions, the learned Government Pleader has placed reliance on the memo issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide Memo No.3079128/LANDS.IV/2025, dated

22.12.2025, wherein several instructions have been issued to the authorities for correction of entries in the revenue records and the learned Government Pleader further submits that the authorities will consider the application made by the petitioners according to the above referred memo and will pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsels, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents, more particularly 4th respondent to consider the request made by the petitioners dated 29.06.2025 and the same may be dealt in accordance with the circular memo issued by the government dated 22.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
