GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... to issue an appropriate writ order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents 4 and 5 in interfering in Civil dispute attempting to dispossess the Petitioners from the possession, management etc., of the Dargah Hazarath Minulla Sahib, Ponnakal Village, Gudur Mandal, Kurnool District, under the guise of interim order dated 22/11/2024 in I.A.No.72/2024 in O.S.No.33/2024 of Honble A.P.Waqf Tribunal, Kurnool and hand over possession, management of the said Dargah to the 6th Respondent high handedly, illegally without any order to the Respondents 4 and 5 from Honble A.P.Waqf Tribunal, Kurnool is arbitrary, without authority, power, jurisdiction and in violation of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, Article 14, 25 of Constitution of India and Principles of Natural Justice consequently to direct the Respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere in Civil dispute and not to dispossess the Petitioners from the possession, management etc., of the Dargah Hazarath Minulla Sahib, Ponnakal Village, Gudur Mandal, Kurnool District, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
