Learned counsel for Respondent No. 3 submits that as the petitioner is a lessee of Respondent No. 3, petitioner has been granted opportunity to submit an application for rehabilitation. Petitioner may submit application for rehabilitation, if he so desires, and in the event petitioner submits an application, it will be considered by Respondent No. 3 in accordance with law. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail other alternate remedy available to him under the law and to submit an application for rehabilitation. 4.
