The petitioners were arrayed as A1 to A4 before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam in C.C.No.3392 of 2023. The allegations against the petitioners are that they had allegedly committed offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent - State. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petition may be disposed of dispensing with the presence of A2 to A4 before the learned trial Court. A2 is father-in-law of 2nd respondent, A3 is sister-in-law of 2nd respondent and A4 is husband of A3. 5. Considering the nature and grievance of the allegations leveled against the petitioner Nos.2 to 4/ A2 to A4, the presence of petitioner Nos.2 to 4/ A2 to A4 is dispensed with before the learned trial Court except on crucial days when their presence is required.
