The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahuadanr P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 01 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 365, 367, 368, 370, 372, 376B, 376C, 376D, 506, 323, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 6(1) of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have raped the daughter of the informant. 4. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that out of ten charge-sheet witnesses, four witnesses have been examined in this case. It was further submitted that bail applications of similarly situated co-accused persons have been rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 5.
