At the outset, learned counsel representing the State of Haryana has furnished a copy of the order dated 16.04.2025 passed in compliance of the directions issued vide order dated 13.01.2025 passed in CWP-32446-2025. The same is taken on record. A copy of the same has been furnished to
learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the
order dated 16.04.2025, no grievance subsists.

That being so, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. Rule is discharged.
