Private respondents, under garb of fictitious sale in regard to plot no. 412 is trying to grab petitioner's plot. Said respondents are land mafia having nexus with anti-social elements. His client lodged complaint registered on IGRS portal bearing Complaint no. 40019824023583. He seeks direction upon respondent no. 2 to look into the complaint. 2. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the State and submits, the complaint will be duly dealt with. 3. Respondent no. 2 is directed to deal with petitioner's aforesaid complaint. Copy of it along with certified copy of this order, petitioner will communicate to said respondent. In dealing with the complaint, said respondent may notice petitioner and private respondents. 4. We clarify we have only recorded above, petitioner's allegations.
