The petitioner is aggrieved that corresponding inquiry to the show-cause notice is still not concluded, despite a reply was submitted way back on 18.08.2023. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for State have received instruction which are limited that inquiry is still pending and present status of inquiry is not on record as well as that no adverse order is passed against petitioner till date. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, it is directed that in case, the inquiry if any is pending and is not concluded in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within 8 weeks from today, it will be deemed that respondents are not interested to carry out any inquiry against petitioner so far as subject matter of show-cause notice dated 14.08.2023. 5.
