JUSTICE S G PANDIT) Heard learned counsel, Sri Shivaraj S Balloli for complainant and learned counsel, Sri M.B.Kanavi for accused No.1 to 3. Perused the contempt petition papers. 2. The above contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of the order dated 10.09.2025 in Writ Petition No.106541/2025, whereunder this Court passed the following order: “5. Accordingly, Respondent No. 3 is directed to refer the petitioner to the appropriate Medical Board, with due intimation to the petitioner, within three days from receipt of a copy of this order. 6. The petitioner shall appear before the Medical Board within three days thereafter, and the Medical Board shall forward the actual and correct height of the petitioner to Respondent No.4 within three days of such measurement.” 3. Today, learned counsel, Sri M.B.Kanavi files affidavits of accused No.2 and 3 separately. He also files memo enclosing three documents. It is seen from the documents placed on record that the learned Single Judge of this Court by order dated 19.11.2025 in Writ Petition No.106541/2025 extended time for compliance. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:16657-DB CCC No. 100351 of 2025 4. Learned counsel, Sri M.B.Kanavi would submit that on 27.11.2025 itself, the order complained is already complied. 5. Same is not disputed by the learned counsel for complainant, Sri Shivaraj S Balloli. 6. This Court specifically directed to refer the petitioner to the appropriate Medical Board to measure the height of the complainant for recruitment as Police Constable in the Central Police Force. 7. As the petitioner was referred to concerned Medical Board and Medical Board has already measured the height of the petitioner on 27.11.2025 itself, the order is substantially complied. Therefore, the further proceedings dropped. Sd/- (S G PANDIT) JUDGE Sd/- (GEETHA K.B.) JUDGE SH LIST NO.: 1 SL NO.: 6
