This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 and 4 in opening suspect Sheet No.472, dated 13.01.2014 by the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Naidupeta and continuance of the same, as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power and violate the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside

suspect Sheet No.472, dated 13.01.2014 by the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Naidupeta.”
2. Sri Sanaga Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioner and hence, the impugned suspect sheet may be set aside.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that there are no cases pending against the Petitioner.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Suspect Sheet against the Petitioner is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
