This Appeal has been instituted against an order dated 22.05.2025 (“Impugned Order”) passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby W.P.(C) 7054/2025, filed by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has been disposed of and the matter has been remanded to the Eligibility Determination Committee (“EDC”) for re-assessing the eligibility of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 for their rehabilitation under the Delhi Slum and JJ Rehabilitation and Relocation Policy, 2015 (“Policy”). 2. We have been informed that pursuant to the Impugned Order passed by the learned Single Judge, the EDC conducted its proceedings and re- assessed the eligibility of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, however, by its order This is a digitally signed order. The Appeal, in itself, has been filed with a delay of 191 days. 3. In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to entertain this Appeal, which is hereby dismissed. Pending Applications also stand disposed of. However, we clarify that the points of law, which may have arisen in this Appeal are kept open to be considered and decided in future, in some other matter.
