Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the respondent No.1 to decide the restoration application dated 19.09.2022 against the order dated dated 05.08.2021 passed by respondent No.1 in Case No.61/66/2021 (Pushpkant Vs. Chanda Tiwari) under Section 12 of U.P.Consolidation Act Village-Pilkichha, Tehsil-Shahganj, District-Jaunpur expeditiously within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that restoration application dated 19.09.2022 filed on behalf of petitioner to recall the order dated 05.08.2021 is pending before respondent No.2/Consolidation Officer, as such proper direction be issued for expeditious disposal of pending time barred restoration application. 4. I have considered the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. There is no dispute about the fact that restoration application filed on behalf of petitioner is time barred. 6. Considering the facts that restoration application filed by petitioner is time barred, no case for expeditious disposal of time barred restoration application is made out. 7.
