By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to ensure payment of remuneration of petitioner for post of caretaker of community toilet at Village Mohammadpur Naugawan, Block & Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj Rs. 9,000/- per month in place of Rs. 6,000/- per month along with its arrears as per Government Order dated 15.07.2020 as well as contract dated 28.10.2020." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 2 on 21.09.2024 which is still pending consideration. Learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha Sri Azad Rai submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation which may be directed to be decided by respondent no. 2 strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation ventilating his grievance before the respondent no. 2 within a period of four weeks along with the certified copy of this order and in the event such representation is moved the same shall be considered and disposed of within a further period of two months. Needless to add the order to be passed by the competent authority, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
