The Court made the following order:
The 1st respondent herein had filed O.S.No.111 of 2014 before the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla, against seven defendants, including the petitioner herein, who is arrayed as defendant No.7. This suit had been filed for a permanent injunction restraining the defendants therein from interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the 1st respondent over the suit schedule property. 2. The petitioner has now approached this Court, by way of the present Civil Revision Petition, contending that the non-disposal of the suit, despite passage of more than 10 years, is affecting the rights of the petitioner. The petitioner has also filed the extract of the online record, demonstrating that the matter has been posted for trial, since 08.11.2021 and there has been no progress in the trial. 3. In the circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla, to dispose of the suit, within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of this order. 4. As the present order is only for expedite disposal of the suit, none of the interests of the other parties to this Revision Petition would be affected and hence, service of notice to them is waived.
