Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions of 2nd respondent - Project Officer, ITDA, Rampachodavaram, submitted that 2nd respondent has no objection to the construction or development on the premises of the APTDC owned land, provided that such maintenance or other transactions do not contravene the provisions of the AP Land Transfer Regulation, 1 of 1959, as amended by 1 of 1970. 3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader and placing the written instructions of 2nd respondent on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
