Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed on written instructions and would submit that with regard to the present dispute, petitioners have already filed a civil suit before concerned Civil Court and the matter is pending for adjudication, Police never interfered in the civil disputes, police recorded the statement of respondent No.5 that they will settle the matter before the Court of law and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4 Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
