Learned AGA on instructions pointed out that one first information report registered in case crime no.60 of 2025 under sections 316(2), 352, 351(3) BNS is pending against the petitioner herein. 4. On perusal of records we find that the present petition is patently misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
