This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities for disbursing arrears of amount of pay fixation/DA. 2. The petitioner is unable to point out any circular or direction issued by the State Government by which pay scale of Panchayat Secretary has been revised. It is observed that despite repeated opportunities, no relevant document has been placed on record by the petitioner in support of the averments made in the petition. In absence of any such documentary material to substantiate the claim of the petitioner, the petition fails to disclose any credible basis for consideration.
