The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kharaundhi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.15 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/30/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri S.K. Napit, learned J.M., 1st class, Nagar Untari at Garhwa. On 04.11.2024 at about 3:00 Noon, Kharaundhi Police intercepted a Tata Nexon Car bearing registration No. UP64AX-6311 near Kokha Checkpost, Kharaundhi. The petitioner is a driver of the said vehicle. It is alleged that on search, 15 live cartridges were recovered from the said vehicle. It was submitted that seized cartridges belonged to the owner of the vehicle. It was further submitted that petitioner had got no criminal antecedents and offence alleged is triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Napit, learned J.M., 1st class, Nagar Untari at Garhwa, or his successor, in connection with Kharaundhi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.15 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
