1. These are petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following similar prayers:-

Application, through “Auto Rejected via Long Pendency ITI Application Rejection Module” as shown on the portal of the Respondent; and (b) direct to respondent to reconsider the Petitioner’s Application thereby granting an opportunity of hearing to Petitioner, as no such “non-confirmity” lying in the petitioner institution for which, petitioner’s application was pending for long....”
2. Mr. Kapoor, learned standing panel counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions of Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Deputy Director, states that the petitioner may apply as per the New Affiliation Norms, 2025 and the application of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with the new rules.
3. The portal is expected to be open in October, 2026.
4. In this view of the matter, the present writ petitions are disposed of.
