The Court made the following ORDER:
The present Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 20.09.2023, passed in R.P.No.1417 of 2022, by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of this revision petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in Civil Revision Petition No.2994 of 2024, dated 02.05.2025. The learned counsel for the respondent admitted the same.
3. Perused the record and copy of order dated 02.05.2025 in Civil Revision Petition No.2994 of 2024.
4. Following the said order passed by this Court in Civil Revision Petition No.2994 of 2024, dated 02.05.2025, and for the reasons mentioned therein, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
