NAGA PRAVEEN VANKAYALAPATI The Court made the following: 2 JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari) The Director (I/c) of A.P.High Court Mediation and Arbitration Centre, has submitted the report of mediation. The matter was settled. 2. The appellant, Sri Beeraka Venkata Siva Prasad and the respondent, Ms.Beeraka Varalakshmi @ Karna Varalakshmi are present with their respective counsels. 3. Learned counsels for the parties submitted that the parties were agreed to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent. That aspect of dissolution of marriage was also agreed during the mediation, which is also reflected from the report. 4. I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 have been filed to amend appeal so as to convert the C.M.A into under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 as also I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 to the same effect. 5. In view of the submissions made as also going through the report of the mediator, this appeal is being disposed of in terms of the mediation settlement. The parties shall file the petition for divorce, by mutual consent under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act before the competent Court. Once so filed, the learned Court concerned shall decide the same expeditiously also considering to waive the statutory period of six months keeping in view the mediation settlement. Both the parties shall cooperate in disposing of the said petition. 3 6. In view of the aforesaid observations, I.A.Nos.1 to 4 are disposed of. 7. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as aforesaid. 8. There shall be no order as to costs. The mediator’s complete report shall form part of the decree.
