In the instant petition, petitioner is seeking direction upon respondents to allow her to construct the house on her proprietary land measuring 10 Marlas bearing Khasra No. 11 Min, Khewat No. 252 and Khata No. 291, situated at Mouza Umar Hair, Tehsil Eidgah, District Srinagar, which has been purchased by the petitoner through registered sale deed executed on 10.09.2021, on completion of necessary formalities. 2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is owner of the land measuring 10 Marlas bearing Khasra No. 11 Min, Khewat No. 252 and Khata No. 291, situated at Mouza Umar Hair, Tehsil Eidgah, District Srinagar. The said land was purchased by the petitioner in the year 2021 by virtue of sale deed dated 10.09.2021. It is stated that petitioner applied for the building permission before Tehsildar, Eidgah on 31.05.2022, but till date she has not been allowed by the competent authority to raise Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document construction on the land in question. It is further stated that respondents are not allowing the petitoner to raise construction on her proprietary land on one pretext or the other. 3. Learned counsel for the petitoner submits that petitioner would feel satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the application filed by the petitoner on 31.05.2022 within a period of one month. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider and decide the application with regard to building permission, filed by the petitoner before respondents on 31.05.2022 within a period of one month from the date copy of this order, as also the copy of writ petition along with its annexures is served upon respondents, by a speaking order. 5.
