Amit Kumar, Commissioner, IAS, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh and others”, in which similar issue was raised, has been decided by a co Court vide order dated 10.7.2025. Copy of the said order is handed over in the Court, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the aforesaid position, the present contempt petition may be disposed of in terms of COCP-2498-2025. Heard.
