The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 12/07/2024 passed by the learned First Civil Judge Class-1 /Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durg C.G. in Criminal Case No. RCC/8050/2020, wherein the action of the police in filing the charge-sheet, after further investigation was upheld, despite the fact that a closure report was already pending before the learned Court without any orders thereon. However, after due investigation, charge sheet has been filed. After filing of the charge-sheet, the same is under challenge separately. 3. In view of the above, the instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition (CRMP) is consigned to record, as no further orders are required at this stage, due to the subsequent developments, and therefore, the matter does not survive for consideration on merits.
