Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner has remedy of filing second appeal/revision against the order passed by the Collector under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam. 3. Since the petitioner has remedy of filing second appeal/revision against the order passed by the Collector under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer revision challenging the order dated 06.10.2023 and 23.05.2025 passed by the Collector, District - Mungli (C.G.). 4. It is made clear that the petitioner shall file the second appeal/revision within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and neither the appellate authority nor the revisional authority or the respondent shall take plea of limitation and would decide the appeal/revision on merit without insisting for delay.
