GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in opening and continuing rowdy sheet rowdy sheet R.S.No. 697against the petitioner in 4th respondent Police Station as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also ultra vires the Police Standing Order 742 consequently direct the respondents to close the Rowdy sheet vide 2 Rowdy sheet R.S.No. 697 maintained against the petitioner taken by the respondents.” 2. Sri Gouthami Surapareddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioner and hence, the impugned rowdy sheet may be set aside. 3.
