Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the summoning order dated 12.04.2018 (Annexure P-4) and during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has since been acquitted by the learned trial Court and therefore, the present petition has become redundant.
