When the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police call the petitioner to enquire about his application and PGRS dated 3.11.2025, no crime has been registered against the petitioner, police have not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties. 4. Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
