Heard Sri Medikonda Pranay Venkat Chowdary, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the Official Respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the Respondent No.5 through PGRS, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station for preliminary enquiry and no crime has been registered against the Petitioner. He would further submit that the Police advised both the parties to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum since the subject matter is purely civil in nature. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law.
