This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. Issue an order or direction to direct the learned court below i.e. Judge, Small Causes Court, Allahabad (Prayagraj) to decide the Nagar Nigam Appeal No. 26 of 2024 (Smt. Sunita Anand Vs. Zonal Officer & 5 Others) expeditiously, preferably, within some stipulated period of time, pending in the court of Judge, Small Causes Court, Allahabad (Prayagraj)." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a Nagar Nigam Appeal No. 26 of 2024 is pending consideration before court below. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon court concerned to decide the Nagar Nigam Appeal No. 26 of 2024, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
