Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.Rithwika, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri N.Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the subject interim Order, dated 22.09.2025 passed by this Court in I.A.No.9 of 2025 in Writ Petition No.27615 of 2024 was modified by a Division Bench of this Court, vide Order, dated 27.11.2025 in Writ Appeal No.1253 of 2025 and in view of the same, no further course of action against the respondents is required. Accordingly, she prayed to close the present Contempt Case. 3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 4.
