Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Projector Director, District Water Management Authority dated 17.11.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. Para 4 of the Written Instruction would indicate that even though the Petitioner has dug borewell 30 meters away from the recommended location, the present location of the borewell is 112 meters away from the neighboring borewell. It is also stated that the minimum spacing norm of 100 meters distance between two borewells is maintained. The minimum spacing norm of 100 meters is maintained by the Petitioner and therefore, this Court sees no impediment in the Official Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in granting power connection. 3 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands allowed. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to consider the Application of the Writ Petitioner for the service connection as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks from today, subject to all other just exceptions.
