Rayavaram Mandal, Anakapalli District and pass ...” Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that basing on the complaint given by respondent No.5, a case was registered was registered against the Petitioner, as per the letter addressed by the respondent Police, Tahsildar, S.Rayavaram Mandal furnished a letter stating that necessary action will be taken to prevent further interference or trespass into the subject land by the Petitioner, for that purpose, the parties were summoned to appear before the Mandal Executive Magistrate, S.Rayavaram Mandal for binding over proceedings, subsequently, bonds were executed on both parties and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. 3 Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to follow due process of law with regard to the subject matter. No order as to costs.
