TURAGA SAI SURYA The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents herein in not allowing the petitioner to continue in service service as Computer Assistant on out 2 sourcing basis vide impugned Speaking Rc No Spl /NHM/ 2015 dated 9 6 2017 including the RC No SPl/ NHM/2015 dated 6 6 2016 even without issuing any prior notice or opportunity to the petitioner as highly illegal arbitrary and contrary to law and consequentially this Honble Court may be pleased to set aside or quash the proc dated 9 6 2017 and 6 6 2016 by declaring the petitioner is entitiled to continue as Computner Assistant on out sourcing basis at 1st resondent office in the existing vacancy with all consequential beneifts.” 2. Sri Ethakota Venkata Rao, learned counsel representing Sri M.R.Tagore, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
