By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent, to Revise/ Recalculate thee pension of the petitioner, after giving the benefit of next pay up-gradation (Third ACP Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-) under the Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACP), including the training period, on account of completion of more than 26years of services of the petitioner, and to grant the benefit of 7th Pay Commission, in view of the Relevant Government Orders dated 21/07/2011; 17/03/2012; 05/11/2014, 03/03/2015; 26/08/2015; 23/12/2016; 10/06/2017; 18/07/2017; 10/10/2017 & 13/04/2020; with all consequential benefits." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 4 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to add the order to be passed by the competent authority, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
