In the present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the letter dated 11.03.2025 (Annexure P-8) whereby the claim of the petitioner for regularization has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instruction issued vide letter dated 11.03.2025 (Annexure P-8) will not be applicable to the present case for the reason that the petitioner is seeking regularization under The Punjab Ad Hoc, Contractual, Daily Wage, Temporary, Work Charged and Outsourced Employees Welfare Act, 2016 w.e.f. 24.12.2016. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from petitioner, further submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if the present writ petition be treated as a representation and a direction is given to respondent to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.
