SUDHIR MATTEGUNTA The Court made the following: 3 VS,J C.C.NO.106 OF 2025 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.18597 of 2023 on 25.07.2023, wherein this Court passed the following order: “ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in similar circumstances, this Court granted an interim dated 25.07.2023 in W.P.No.18597 of 2023 and requested to pass a similar order in this writ petition also. Hence, in view of the aforesaid order, this Court is inclined to pass a similar order in this writ petition also. Therefore, there shall be an interim direction to the respondents to continue the services of the petitioner till he attains the age of superannuation i.e., up to 62 years as per G.O.Ms.15, dated 31.01.2022, without any break and with consequential attendant benefits including the regular pay and allowances.” 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.B Jaya Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the interim order dated 25.07.2023 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.18597 of 2023 has been complied with by the respondents.
